Check-in
Arrival at the property is from 15:00 to 16:00. A valid ID or passport and credit card are required upon check-in. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their exact arrival time in order to ensure the best possible service.
Check-out
Check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancellation must be made up to 21 days before the date of arrival. Otherwise, charges may apply according to the booking conditions.
Children & Beds
No children are allowed at the property, and no cots or extra beds are available.
Age Restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 20 years old.
Valuables Policy
For the safety of guests' personal belongings, special care is recommended with valuables and cash. Rooms do not have safety deposit boxes, therefore guests are requested to leave their valuables at the reception for safekeeping. In case of loss of items that have not been left for safekeeping, the property is not responsible and no compensation is provided.
Pets
Pets are only allowed upon prior arrangement during the booking process and an additional charge may apply.
